At Prestige Design Workwear, we offer flexible collection and delivery options to suit your business needs. Please review the information below to understand our processing times and delivery services.


Order Processing Times

As many of our garments are customised with embroidery or print, production times apply before dispatch or collection.

  • Standard production time: 7–10 working days from artwork approval

  • Plain (non-branded) garments: 7-10 days from order placed

  • Large or bulk orders: May require extended production time — we will confirm upon ordering

Production time begins once:

  • Payment has been received

  • Artwork has been approved (for branded orders)

  • Garment availability has been confirmed

Free Local Store Collection

We offer free collection from either of our store locations:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Orders must not be collected until you receive confirmation.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.


Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for businesses within our surrounding area.

Local Delivery Fee:

£7.50
OR
Free on orders over £100

Delivery Area:

Delivery is available across the UK.

Delivery days:
Monday–Friday

Delivery timeframes:
We aim to deliver within 7-10 days once an order is placed.

A signature may be required upon delivery.


Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery times begin once production is complete

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, re-delivery charges may apply

  • Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery


Large & Corporate Orders

For large team orders or scheduled uniform rollouts, we can arrange:

  • Staggered deliveries

  • Split site delivery

  • Direct-to-site delivery

Please contact us directly to discuss logistics for larger contracts.


Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful:

  • The driver may leave instructions

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

  • Orders not collected within 28 days may be returned to stock (plain items only)
