Order Processing Times
As many of our garments are customised with embroidery or print, production times apply before dispatch or collection.
Standard production time: 7–10 working days from artwork approval
Plain (non-branded) garments: 7-10 days from order placed
Large or bulk orders: May require extended production time — we will confirm upon ordering
Production time begins once:
Payment has been received
Artwork has been approved (for branded orders)
Garment availability has been confirmed

We offer free collection from either of our store locations:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Orders must not be collected until you receive confirmation.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.

We offer local delivery for businesses within our surrounding area.

Delivery timeframes:
We aim to deliver within 7-10 days once an order is placed.
A signature may be required upon delivery.

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful:
The driver may leave instructions
Re-delivery charges may apply
Orders not collected within 28 days may be returned to stock (plain items only)
