Prestige Design & Workwear

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Prestige Design & Workwear (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order via our website, email, phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. About Us

Prestige Design & Workwear is a UK-based, family-run business specialising in the supply of branded workwear and personalised clothing, including embroidery, transfer printing, and Direct to Film (DTF) printing.


2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Prestige Design & Workwear. An order is not considered accepted until:

  • Payment has been received (unless agreed otherwise), and
  • Artwork has been approved where branding is required.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time prior to production.


3. Artwork & Proof Approval

For all branded garments:

  • A visual proof will be supplied for approval before production.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, sizing, colours, placement, and quantities carefully.

Once artwork approval has been given, Prestige Design & Workwear cannot accept responsibility for errors and production will proceed exactly as approved.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full prior to production unless a credit account has been agreed in advance. We accept payment via our website and other agreed payment methods.

Prices may be subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.


5. Lead Times & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide and begin once:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • Artwork approval has been confirmed.

Typical lead times:

  • Plain garments: a few working days
  • Branded garments: approximately 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods. Prestige Design & Workwear cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier delays.


6. Returns & Cancellations

Branded / Personalised Items

Branded and personalised garments are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Plain Garments

Plain, unbranded garments may be eligible for return subject to:

  • Being unused and in original condition
  • Returned within an agreed timeframe

Any return must be agreed with Prestige Design & Workwear in advance.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you believe goods are faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Where a fault or error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:

  • Replace the goods, or
  • Offer a suitable refund or credit

We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.


8. Colour & Garment Variations

Colours shown on screen may vary depending on device settings. Minor variations in garment colour, positioning, or branding size may occur and are considered acceptable within industry tolerances.

Garment availability may vary depending on supplier stock.


9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and designs supplied by the customer remain the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal right to use the supplied artwork.

Prestige Design & Workwear accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-supplied designs.


10. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Design & Workwear shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.


11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier issues, equipment failure, transport disruption, or acts of nature.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
